2. Summary of your rights
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Subject to the conditions below, you may return eligible products within the return period for a refund or replacement. This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your jurisdiction (e.g. right of withdrawal in the EU, or state consumer protection laws in the US).
3. Return period
You may request a return of an eligible product within 14 days of the date you receive the product (or the date on which the last item of your order is delivered, if you ordered multiple items). This 14-day period is the "return period."
To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision to return the product before the return period has expired. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you designate) acquire physical possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the period has expired. We will send you an acknowledgement of your withdrawal and instructions for returning the product.
4. Conditions for return
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the product must be:
- Returned within the return period (see section 3).
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it, in its original packaging where possible. We may refuse returns or reduce the refund if the product has been used, opened (where the seal or packaging indicates it should remain sealed), or damaged after delivery for reasons not attributable to us.
- Returned in accordance with the return instructions we provide (e.g. correct address, recommended carrier, and any reference number we give you).
Certain products may be excluded from return for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. sealed capsules that have been opened). If a product is non-returnable, we will state this on the product page or at checkout. For dietary supplements, we generally accept returns only if the seal is intact and the product is in resalable condition.
5. How to return a product
To return a product:
- Contact us within the return period (email or phone as above) and tell us you wish to return the product. Include your order number and, if you have it, the reason for the return.
- We will send you return instructions, including the return address and any reference or label information. Follow these instructions to avoid delays or loss of the package.
- Pack the product securely, ideally in its original packaging, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit until they reach us.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved, we will process the refund or send a replacement as agreed.
Unless we have agreed otherwise or the return is due to our error or a defective product, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product. We will not refund the original shipping cost unless the return is due to our error or a defective or incorrectly supplied product.
6. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s) to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds do not include the cost of standard shipping unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item shipped. We may deduct from the refund any direct cost of return shipping we have agreed to cover, or any reduction in value of the goods due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and condition.
Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after we receive the returned product and confirm eligibility. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund within the timeframe we indicated, please contact us.
We may issue refunds by the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you (e.g. store credit or different payment method).
7. Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund (e.g. for a defective or wrong item), please indicate this when you contact us. We will send a replacement once we have received and verified the return, subject to product availability. If the product is no longer available, we will refund you instead.
8. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within a few days of delivery) and provide your order number and, if possible, photos. We will arrange a return and either a full refund (including shipping) or a replacement at no extra cost to you. This is without prejudice to your statutory rights.
9. Cancellation before shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet dispatched the order, we will cancel it and refund any payment already made. If the order has already been shipped, you may return it in accordance with this Return Policy once you receive it.
10. Consumer rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. In the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving a reason, as set out in the Consumer Rights Directive and implemented in national law. In the United States, state laws may give you additional rights (e.g. cooling-off periods, refund rights). We will comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
